Telephone bidding follows the same guidelines as proxy bidding.

In order to execute a telephone bid, the proxy/telephone bidding form must be completed in full.

The telephone bidder must ensure that all telephone numbers with auctioneers are cross referenced at the time of completing the proxy/telephone bidding form.

The auctioneer will contact the bidder on the designated telephone number given by the bidder, approximately 2 lots prior to the subject lot being offered for sale.

The bidder will instruct the auctioneers clerk over the telephone, of the bid which is then relayed to the auctioneer.

No telephone bid can exceed the amount which has been agreed on the proxy/telephone bidding form prior to the auction.

In the event that the telephone bidder is successful, the auctioneers will carry out the same procedures as stated in the proxy bidding guidelines.
