Full planning permission (subject to 13 conditions) was granted by Newport City Counciil on 10th April, 2009 under reference no. 04/1315 for the coversion of barn to residential holiday let consisting of one bedroom, open plan living area and separate bathroom.

The report states there is no evidence of any major deterioration to the structure and only minor repairs are required.
