Herbert R Thomas's main office incorporates a large Estate Agent Showroom situated in Cowbridge, a small market Town in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan. It occupies a central South Wales location between Cardiff, Bridgend, the Welsh Valleys and Coast, with easy access to the M4 motorway.
Our Neath Office is situated in the centre of the busy Market and Industrial Town of Neath with easy access to the picturesque Neath Valleys, Swansea and Gower peninsular. Here we operate principally as Estate Agents but also undertake a broad range of professional work.
Herbert R Thomas has provided professional advice to the agricultural and rural community of Glamorgan since the firm was established in 1926. The Partners and Staff possess an in-depth knowledge of the regional and local scene together with both UK and EU Policies, which affect decision-making in our rural areas today.
We have recently expanded a dedicated Commercial Department. HRT Commercial operates principally within South and South West Wales. The Commercial Department can provide advice on investment acquisitions/disposals, development, office, retail, industrial agency, commercial valuations and property auctions.
