Rent Review and Lease Renewal
Our Commercial surveyors act for both landlord and tenant in preparing rental valuations and negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals.

Digital Mapping
The firm maintains a computerised database of Ordnance Survey maps for the whole of the U.K. This data is updated annually and enables the firm to provide up-to-date site-centred A4/A3 contract and lease plans. The system can also be used to help in resolving boundary disputes and is an essential facility to help with site acquisition, land assembly and development appraisal.
