Using the Electronic Forms:

• Select the "Interactive Form" that you require
• Download the Form to your Desktop
• Re-Open the Downloaded form and complete the contents,
• Once completed, select the "Save Form" box at the bottom of the form (PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to edit the form after it is saved), 
• You can then save this form onto your computer and from there forward this via email to the HRT Rental Team.
