Rural Surveyor Vacancy – Cowbridge Office

We are currently seeking a commercially aware Chartered Surveyor for our Cowbridge office.
The successful candidate will ideally have two years post qualified experience and some experience in the following areas of work:
- Compulsory purchase cases
- RICS red book valuations for security loan purposes
- Valuation for taxation purposes (IHT/CGT)
- Valuations for Divorce purposes/ Expert witness reports
- Negotiation of surface damage/ losses claims against Public utilities
- Other rural practice work including preparation of FBT’s, grazing licenses, advice to land owners/ clients under the AHA 1986 and the ATA 1995
- Promotion of sites for renewable energy (Wind/Solar)
- Rostrum Experience
