Agents appointed for Castlegate Business Park

Robert Hitchins Group has appointed Herbert R Thomas as its joint letting and sale agents for Castlegate Business Park in Caldicot.
The South Wales-based commercial agents will jointly market the site, which is located between the first and second Severn crossings, close to the M4 and M48, with Knight Frank.
Castlegate Business Park extends to approximately 260,000 sq ft and provides a range of office, production and warehouse accommodation from 500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.
Robert Hitchins Group is currently investing in the provision of a gymnasium and improvements to the existing cafeteria for use by all tenants.
The park has extensive parking and 24-hour security and is an already established mixed-use location. Existing occupiers include Mitel Networks Ltd, Siemens plc, Microsemi Semiconductor Ltd, Indigo Telecom Group Ltd and Megachem (UK) Ltd.
John Jones of Herbert R Thomas, said: “Castlegate Business Park is a sizeable site, which makes it an exciting one for us to market, especially as there are further opportunities for expansion within the park.
