Clients, business people and associates from the area enjoyed Prosecco and canapés at the event.
Earlier this year, we refurbished our offices giving homebuyers, sellers, landlords and tenants access to the latest technologies and services.
The renovation has included a new, illuminated window display outside the office and a swinging board advertising the office.
Inside the office, the colour scheme has been modernised to coincide with the style of our newest office in Bridgend, which opened in 2014. There is also a large television in the office which will profile properties currently on the market. The estate agents will also feature a ‘property of the month’ within the newly refurbished office.
Howell Edwards, partner at HRT, said: “We were delighted with the turnout for our re-launch party. All of the guests have been a part of HRT’s history and have been the reason why we have been so successful in Neath for so many years and it was great to show the new office to them all.
“We are thrilled with the results of our refurbishment. We have had a presence in Neath for a number of years but the revamp was important to distinguish us in the market. We hope our guests enjoyed the evening.”
HRT, which was established in 1926, also has offices in Cowbridge and Bridgend. The Neath office currently employs seven staff and covers Neath Valleys, Swansea Valley, Aberdare, Carmarthen, Afan Valley and the Gower Peninsula. It is a multi-discipline property agency specialising in residential sales and lettings, commercial property transactions, property development, auctions, planning applications and agricultural services.
