1. BUYER’S PREMIUM - A buyer’s premium of 10% + VAT (capped at £250 + VAT) will be added to the hammer price per lot.

2. ONLINE BIDDING - There will be Online Bidding available at 1:00pm on the Combine, Tractors, Vehicles and Large Implements. All online purchases will be subject to an Internet Surcharge of 1.5% + VAT (capped at £300 plus VAT) of the hammer price per lot. Online Bidding is available via www.auctionmarts.com/. Please can all buyers register in advance of the sale day.     **If an item is purchased via www.auctionmarts.com/, this will include a total charge of 11.5% + VAT (capped at £550 plus VAT) of the hammer price per lot.**

  3. COMMISSION - VAT & Non VAT Goods: 10% on any single lot up to and including £2000 plus VAT, 5% on any single lot over £2000 plus VAT (commission will be capped at £1,500 for any item between £30,000 and £40,000 and £2,000 for any item above £40,000).
