Herbert R Thomas draws on over 12 years of expertise in the planning field from both private and public sector experience. As a result we are able to effectively present realistic and targeted cases to the Local Planning Authority to achieve positive results. This approach strikes a balance between economic development and environmental quality in order to provide commercially informed, sensitive and deliverable solutions.

Our project management experience provides us with access to some of the best specialist consultants in the area. Working closely with a range of architects, landscape architects, engineers and environmental consultants, we bring together an elite skill set to facilitate the development process on a case by case basis.
