The current Directors and staff still possess the same in-depth regional and local knowledge which have ensured the continued success of the company but are also conversant in relevant UK and EU policies which have an impact on decision-making in rural areas, enabling them to provide up to date advice you can rely on.
As well as our thriving residential sales and rental department, Herbert R Thomas offers a dedicated Commercial Department which operates principally within South and South West Wales. Our experienced Commercial team are available to provide advice on investment acquisitions and disposals, development, office, retail, industrial agency, commercial valuations and property auctions.

Our main office is situated in Cowbridge in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan and incorporates a large Estate Agent showroom. Centrally located in the South Wales region, the office covers an extensive area between Cardiff, Bridgend, the Welsh Valleys and Coast, with easy access to the M4 motorway.
Herbert R Thomas’ Neath office is located in the centre of the busy market and industrial town and covers the picturesque Neath Valleys, Swansea and Gower peninsular. Not only are we able to offer the services of our Estate Agency, our resident team of qualified experts are available to undertake a wide range of professional work.
Our third branch in opened in Bridgend August 2014. Our office is located on the ground floor of The Toll House, a grade II listed building situated in the heart of the town centre. From The Toll House we offer Residential Sales, Lettings, Agricultural and Commercial services.
Our fourth Professional Services office opened in Cardiff December 2018. Located at Jellicoe Court, Atlantic Wharf next to Capital Quarter near the city centre. This office offers Professional Valuation Services and Commercial Agency.
