Redress Scheme and Client Money Protection
H R Thomas Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS012210. If you have a complaint about our service which we have been unable to resolve through our internal complaints procedure, you may refer it to the Property Redress Scheme, normally once our internal process has concluded or eight weeks have passed, whichever is sooner.
Where we hold client money in connection with lettings or property management, H R Thomas Ltd is also a member of TDS, membership number G02211, as required by the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Requirement to Belong to a Scheme etc.) Regulations 2019.
