Herbert R Thomas (HRT) has expanded its commercial department with the appointment of a new Senior Commercial Surveyor.
Jonathan Davies joins from Bruton Knowles where he managed a number of valuation portfolios for secured lending purposes for commercial and residential properties throughout Wales.
At Bruton Knowles, Mr Davies was the Cardiff office Bank Panel Co-ordinator, and this is a new offering that he will bring to HRT. This will enable HRT to tap into this growing market by securing lending valuation work from major banks and building societies.

The Neath-based estate agent is sponsoring the events which take place every Tuesday from midday until 4pm throughout the summer holidays.
